Leprechaun Days - 2011 (Friday / Saturday, July 29-30, 2011) (Above) If we cook them, they will come. Wow, that was a close one. We had just sold out of pork chops and then the rains came. I think God was looking out for us this weekend. We had perfect weather for Leprechaun days! It was hot, but no rain and the people came to eat chops!
This was a stellar performance by our pork chop crew. A record breaking 2,350 chops were cooked, sold and eaten this weekend. Congratulations to everyone who made it happen!
